Extraordinary return and exchanges

Despite being a custom-made, handcrafted item created on demand, we offer you the possibility of an extraordinary return, an additional guarantee that if you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to return the products you wish to return to our center.

The yoga bangle must be in perfect condition, with all its components and in its original packaging.

Returns must be sent to the following address, at the buyer's responsibility and expense, including the proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) as well as the reason for the extraordinary return.

Once we verify the returned products at our center, you will receive an email confirming the refund of the amount (paid price minus shipping, handling, and any financial transaction fees if applicable).

We will process the refund within a maximum of 7 business days, through the same payment method you used for the purchase.

If you wish to exchange your yoga bangle for one of higher value, you have 7 calendar days to do so by contacting us and indicating the reason for the exchange.

You will need to send the product in perfect condition to the address indicated above, and upon verification and payment of the difference, we will confirm the creation and dispatch date of your new yoga bangle.

This extraordinary return policy does not apply to the Yogananda astrological bangle and Navaratna rings due to the amount of material and labor involved.
